Services Provided
RivoZen provides digital marketing, website design, and development services (including but not limited to Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and Framer). The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, clients agree to:
Provide all necessary assets (logos, images, copy) in a timely manner.
Respond to feedback requests within [e.g., 48–72 hours] to maintain the project timeline.
Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment Terms
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences.
Milestones: Payments are typically structured around project milestones.
Late Payments: RivoZen reserves the right to pause work or withhold final deliverables if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
Revisions & Scope Creep
We offer unlimited revisions (as stated in our service pillars) to ensure the final product aligns with the initial project scope. However, requests for new features or pages outside the original agreement may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon Full Payment: The client gains full ownership of the final website design and custom assets created specifically for them.
Portfolio Rights: RivoZen retains the right to showcase the completed project and results (such as case studies) in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
Limitation of Liability
RivoZen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
Project Support & Maintenance
We provide 30 days of post-launch support to ensure a smooth transition. Ongoing maintenance beyond this period is available as a separate service package.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
